Requirements:

  • Process Mapping Experience: Proven ability to map and optimise business processes.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Strong skills in collecting and documenting business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in one-on-one interactions and workshop facilitation with stakeholders.
  • Information Management: Knowledge of Information Management, preferably in a SharePoint environment.
  • SharePoint Experience: Proficiency in collaboration, governance, and document management within SharePoint.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to perform data analysis, create reports, and develop dashboards.
  • Project Delivery: Track record of successfully delivering projects from identification through to implementation.
  • Business Systems Review and Improvement: Experience in evaluating and enhancing business systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Own business systems, driving process improvements and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
  • Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritising them.
  • Scoping and delivering new projects.
  • Utilise Information Management expertise, particularly in a SharePoint environment to ensure best practice IM is delivered.
  • Conduct data analysis, create reports, and develop dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Lead workshops and engage in one-on-one sessions for effective stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to the review and enhancement of business systems.

 

Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension or permanent role)

Desired Skills:

  • Construction Company Experience: Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
  • BA Certification: Business Analysis certification is desirable.
  • SharePoint Certification: Certification in SharePoint is a strong advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering is preferred.
  • Change Management Experience: Knowledge or experience in change management.
  • Additional Tools: Familiarity with Procore and Workbench is a plus.
