We are seeking two motivated and enthusiastic Junior Site Engineers to join our construction team and support the delivery of our projects. As we continue to deliver high-quality construction projects, we are looking for individuals who share our commitment to safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We currently have two major projects within the Perth Airport precinct, which will provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience on large-scale, complex industrial and commercial projects. You will be working alongside experienced project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical engineering and construction management skills while working alongside experienced Project Engineers, Site Managers and a Project Manager. You will play an active role onsite, assisting with the coordination and delivery of critical works. You will gain exposure to all aspects of site operations, including quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, construction methodologies, safety management, and project delivery on industrial and commercial projects valued up to $50M+.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with the planning and delivery of construction activities.
- Support the project team in coordinating day-to-day site operations.
- Assist with monitoring project costs, budgets, and procurement activities.
- Help prepare project documentation, reports, quality records, and construction procedures.
- Support the management of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist with quality assurance inspections and maintain project records.
- Participate in resolving technical issues relating to design and construction methodologies.
- Assist with project scheduling, resource planning, and progress reporting.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project activities.
- Read, understand and interpret construction drawings, documents and specifications.
- Implement Quality Control procedures.
- Develop and implement ITPs and ITRs in accordance with policies and specifications.
- Monitor and maintain quality compliance.
