The Weir Minerals Australia (WMA) project consists of a new warehouse 7500m² (inc warehouse office), workshop with an adjoining one-story office and an architecturally designed two-story main office with an aluminium perforated Corten finish façade.

The project features specialist wash bay facilities, exciter room and paint/sandblast facilities to cater for the operational requirements of Weir. The total site area covers 35,550m² with the project targeting a GBCA 5-star buildings rating outcome on completion.
