QDC were engaged by our client Qube to design a new 10,900sqm bulk storage facility, within their operational depot in Rockingham. The project scope required the new facility to be designed in such a way that it could work in conjunction with the existing bulk storage facilities situated to the rear of the unit.

During the design phase a lot of consideration went into the interconnectivity between the two facilities and how existing site operations would be impacted by the new unit. The final design resulted in the two facilities being connected via a breezeway. This project enabled Qube to expand the operational capacity of their Bulk Storage facility, without the need to acquire additional land.
