In this project, QDC were approached by the client and architect following a tender process that rendered the project unviable due to excessively high costs.
QDC structurally redesigned the facility to deliver an economical construction solution, to bring the cost of the project under the clients budget. We successfully delivered a facility comprising 300m² of office space, over 700m² of workshop space, plus 2,500m² of hardstand.
