QDC is currently working on a dual tenancy warehouse facility for valued client Hesperia. Works commenced on site in October 2023 and the project is progressing on time.  The design and construction project comprises one 5,000m² Warehouse and a second 10,000m² Warehouse which will be 5-Star Green Star buildings. Due to tenancy requirements, we are fast tracking the construction of the 5,000m² warehouse to be ready for handover in Q2 2024.
