QDC built a dual-tenancy warehouse facility for our valued client Hesperia. Works commenced on site in October 2023. The design and construction project comprises of one 5,000m² Warehouse and a second 10,000m² warehouse which is a 5-star Green Star building. Due to tenancy requirements, QDC fast tracked construction of the warehouse which reached practical completion and was handed off to the client in May 2024. The second warehouse reached practical completion in August 2024.
