QDC is currently engaged by Hesperia to design and construct a dual tenancy 21,300m² Warehouse Facility with supporting office infrastructure. Warehouse 1 and Warehouse 2 will be separated by a flexible internal tenancy wall. Office 1 comprises a 300m² single storey main office and a 50m² single storey Dock Office. Office 2 includes 200m² single storey main office and a 70m² mezzanine Dock Office.

The Warehouse has been designed to meet the specific floor loading and height requirements, as well as minimum BCA/NCC.  The project has been designed to meet 5 Star Green Star rating as measured and certified under the rating tool title Green Star Buildings.
