Winning the MBA award for best industrial building in its category, this new workshop facility was designed and built for renowned international company, Flender. QDC designed and constructed a smart and efficient engineered solution to accommodate Flender’s unique test bed equipment which is the first of its type in Western Australia.

In addition to the test bed, the facility features 3,000m² of workshop area, 2 x 30t overhead cranes with an impressive 30m span, 4 x 5t jib cranes, step up transformer, heavy duty electrical service pits, wash down bay, and a bespoke 2 storey architecturally designed office. QDC successfully delivered this project within a tight deadline, in accordance with client specifications.
