Qube engaged QDC to design and construct a 5,200m² 4-cell bulk storage facility for the storage of 20,000T of fertiliser product required to support Esperance-Goldfields agricultural operations.

For this project, QDC extended an existing lithium bulk storage warehouse which we had previously constructed for Qube, to deliver a facility with a combined footprint of 12,600m². The project also included the installation of two 20m truck weighbridges, provision of a fertiliser blending plant and a satellite office for blending staff. The facility was completed in an impressive 4-month build time to address the client’s urgent requirements for fertiliser storage just in time for the agricultural season.
