QDC successfully delivered a warehouse and office facility totalling 7,500m², to be used as the Westen Australia operations and distribution centre by our client Fashion Biz.
We delivered a cost-effective, high-end and suitably ‘fashionable’ building in line with client specifications. QDC met the challenges that existed within the chosen lot, including truck access, fire protection and adequate land levels to suit the required size of distribution and racking layouts.
