QDC were engaged by Hesperia to design and construct a high volume 16,500m² logistics and automated distribution warehouse for their Tenant Direct Freight Express. We worked directly with the tenant to ensure that the warehouse was designed to facilitate the processing of up to 50,000 packages on a weekly basis.

This project comprised; a warehouse, two 2-storey offices, a multi-storey carpark, a standalone heavy vehicle workshop featuring a sophisticated CCTV and access control system, programmable lighting, electric fence, recycled wash bay system, backup generator, diesel and gas refueling and storage tanks, and a fully sprinklered fire system.
