Senior Project Engineer

Our projects are located in Perth metro, regional WA and interstate projects such as bulk storage facilities, warehousing, commercial buildings and civil works.

The person we are looking for will join our team with at least 5 years experience in a construction environment, have site experience dealing with subcontractors and able to demonstrate a practical and creative approach to problem solving.  The person in this diverse role will be required to:

• Assist with procurement of all required materials & subcontractors, making recommendations to senior management
• Develop sub-contractor scopes of work based on Design and Construct contract
• Subcontractor management including receipt and processing of subcontract interim payment claims & final accounts.
• Monitor compliance of subcontractors against our HSEQ expectations
• Assist with the preparation, review and submission of variations
• Monitor and report on progress and programming of works and all subcontractor payments
• Prepare all project documentation and procedures from concept to commissioning
• Assist with the technical, practical and safety design and construct elements of industrial and commercial projects

You will become a technical contributor to projects on-site, supporting Site Supervisors and Subcontractors to deliver the project safely, on time and within budget, with an expected high quality and high level of service to our clients, many whom are ongoing & repeat customers.
