Concrete Supervisor

About The Role

With complex projects mostly based in the Perth Metro area, this role will have you home every night. We are looking for experienced Concrete Specialist Supervisor’s to oversee the successful delivery of a major 12-month metro project located near the Airport, working closely with our subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

Project sizes vary – all giving you the opportunity to be there from start to finish and with a consistent pipeline of metro work, this role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on technically challenging concrete packages.

What Managing a QDC Site Looks Like:

Planning safe and efficient supervision of all onsite concrete activities across the project
Leading toolbox talks, site inductions, daily site checks, and monitoring high quality concrete works
Coordinating and supervising large concrete pours, including sequencing and logistics
Managing large-scale formwork systems, high-spec burnished concrete floors and tilt panels cast on site
Coordinating resourcing and scheduling of subcontractors across multiple work fronts
Actively identifying problems and driving practical, buildable solutions in a D&C context
Promoting strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team

What You Need To Excel In The Role

A supervisor with career experience in Concrete with strong hands-on experience in commercial or industrial projects
Demonstrated experience supervising PT slabs, large pours, formwork, and tilt panels within the constraints of the WA soil and climate conditions
Strong understanding of concrete sequencing, quality control, and safety compliance
Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
Safety-focused leader who takes pride in quality workmanship
A proactive problem-solver who can manage programme and site challenges effectively
Willingness to adapt and challenge the status quo
Open/willing to work on regional projects from time to time
