Here, we were approached by the architect and client following a traditional tendering process that resulted in cost blow outs that rendered the project un-viable. We then offered cost-effective construction solutions and structurally re-designed the facility to bring the project in under the client’s budget and deliver it on time to the new lessor’s tight deadline. The facility includes 300m² of office space, over 700m² of workshop space, plus 2,500m² of hardstand.
